NAME:
The name of the
church shall be called ACTIVE BELIEVERS
CHAPEL INTERNATIONAL

The name of the
founder is PROPHET SOLOMON OSEI SARPONG
born in 9th September, 1979

MISSION OF THE CHURCH
The purpose of the
church is to make well known the work of god to the world and his
Purpose of
creating us.
ARTICLE 4A
AMBITION OF THE CHURCH
The ambition of
the church is to deliver lost souls from darkness and bring them back to light
ARTICLE 4B
VISION OF THE CHURCH
The vision of the
church is to organize crusade, house to house evangelism, gospel rock show,
revivals, gathering of church auditorium for worship especially Sundays and
also to organise fun games to promote health for the members of the church.

DUTIES OF THE FOUNDER:
As a head of the
church, he must see to it that every soul in the church is walking on the right
path an also intercedes between god and mankind or he is the main spoke person
between the holy spirit and the church members more so he must see it that, he
appoint leaders and church workers to develop the church.
ARTICLE 5A
DUTIES OF FOUNDER’S WIFE:
The wife of a
founder shall be a mother of mothers of the church and its branches and the
women fellowship as well also she must win souls for Christ
ARTICLE 5B
DUTIES OF A SUB PASTOR:
As a sub pastor or
pastors must ensure that they take in charge of the church when the founder is
not around or must stand in before the leader founder takes over.
ARTICLE 5C
DUTIES OF PASTORS WIFE
Pastor’s wife in
the church shall be a mother to the church members and the women fellowship
also she must win souls.
ARTICLE 5D
DUTIES OF CHURCH ELDER:
An elder is
somebody who takes over when the leader or founder and the sub pastors are not
around. He or she sees to it that every activity in the church is well taken.
ARTICLE 5E
WHO QUALIFY AS BOARD MEMBER?
These are the six
peoples who qualify as a board member in the church, financial secretary,
church secretary, church elder, administrator, head pastor, and the founder.
ARTICLE 5F
SWEAR INN:
Before any member
can accept as board member of the church, the founder of the church must see to
it that, the person has swear to god and of the church that to keep secret of
the church, avoid gossip, be kind and support the church both spiritual,
physical and financially alert. Also must be sanctified and pure without
disgracing his/her self and the church.
ARTICLE 5G
DUTIES OF BOARD MEMBERS:
As board members
they must see to it that every activity in the church is well plan and accurate
and they must also win souls for Christ.
ARTICLE 5H
TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THE OFFICE OF BOARD
MEMBER:
In every twenty
four (24) months there shall be a change of board members in the church and new
leaders shall be elected but some of the old leaders shall be there as patrons
and the rest shall support other activities in the church, again when the new
leaders have been elected and have stayed in power for two year, they will also
been changed but this time, some of the old leaders can be obtain to their
duties and some of the new leaders shall join the patrons.
ARTICLE 5I
DUTIES OF CHURCH WORKERS:
1.
CHURCH
SECRETARY: as church secretaries have to make sure every document in the
church is well taken care of not only that but everything that needs to be
recorded and he/she must win souls for Christ.
2.
FINANCE
SECRETARY: as finance secretary, he/she must see to it that every money
such as offering, monthly dues, welfare dues, mini harvest, annual harvest,
love offering, special fund raising in the church must recorded and send to the
bank as well and he/she must win souls for Christ
3.
CHURCH
USHER: as usher in church must make sure that everyone who comes in the
church sit at right places and also must win souls for Christ
4.
CHURCH
CLEANER: it’s a duty o church cleaner to see to it that the church is clean
before church services and also must win souls for Christ.
ARTICLE 6
BENEFICIALS:
1.
The pastors in the church are been paid in every
month, also the other church workers benefit from every activities in the
church.
2. If
a church member abides the rules and regulations in the church by paying
his/her welfare contribution and monthly dues, shall be entitled of giving an
amount of ΓΈ200.00. these are the things that the church is entitled to involve:
Marriage, funeral, sickness, relocation
or living
ARTICLE 6A
LIVING OR QUITTING FROM THE CHURCH
If a board member,
pastor, church member or an elder etc. quitting or sacked from the church, the
person has no right to claim anything from the church except he/her bible
ARTICLE 6B
COME BACK:
If a member of the
church decide to quit, leaving or does not comes to church for 6 months and
does not pay his/her dues, that person automatically disqualified to be a
member of the church.
ARTICLE 7
MARRIAGE:
Marriage is a
union between couple (man and woman) it brings two family together in harmony
ARTICLE 7A
THE TYPES OF MARRIAGE:
There are two
types of marriage (family marriage and church marriage)
1.
Family
marriage: this type of marriage Is normally called (engagement). It is
mainly done at home not in the church but it’s between the man and woman’s
family. The church is normally invited to grace the occasion but does not issue
certificate.
2.
Church
marriage: is an ordinance marriage, is normally called (wedding). This type
of marriage is held in the church auditorium. With this type of marriage, the
ordained pastor is the only person who can bless, witness the marriage, and grace
the ceremony and to issue the marriage certificate as well.
3.
All his type of marriages is important. I you
really want your church to be involved in your marriage then you must try and
have the church marriage after the family marriage. It enables your pastor or
church head to partake in most issues or to have a say concerning your marriage
when the need arises. Thus when you have the only family marriage (engagement)
he cannot say much when the need arise because he was only to grace the
marriage, he wasn’t involved but with the church marriage he was the main
counsellor.
